East Coast Gestalt
East Coast Gestalt is accredited for the delivery of Higher Education programs in Gestalt Therapy. The main campus is in Lismore; training is also offered in Coffs Harbour and the Gold Coast. Students from Sydney Gestalt Institute are enrolled in a teach-out basis. On successful completion of the course a Graduate Diploma of Gestalt Therapy is issued by East Coast Gestalt. This qualification has full Higher Education status and may be used towards further study towards a Masters degree from applicable institutions.
East CoastGestalt is able to offer
access to FeeHelp which
is government funding assistance for students. This covers
all the costs involved in training. As a non-profit organization
we already endeavour to keep our fees to a minimum and FeeHelp
provides valuable assistance for those who may not choose to
pay upfront for the course.

East Coast Gestalt has high commitment to quality in all it's operations. Quality improvement programs are in place for every aspect of the functioning and delivery of courses. Every year there are improvements to the study materials provided to students, additions to the student manual, and improved clarity in terms of expectations, structure and timetabling. The library is expanded significantly each year and the curriculum is regularly reviewed for additions and changes to ensure it keeps abreast of contemporary understanding. The larger focus of supporting optimal student learning is constantly reassessed. East Coast Gestalt prides itself on providing leading edge education in Gestalt therapy, supporting students through to the point of achieving competent practitioner status.
Even more important than the administrative standards is the philosophy of respect for students. East Coast Gestalt strives to treat every student as the individual they are, balancing the need for consistent standards and operating procedures with the unique needs of each person .
